You are here because you have discovered what West Central Florida has known for quite some time now. Koko Ray and the Soul Providers are one of the top performing bands on Florida's Sun Coast! This dynamic quartet plays regularly to packed houses and has them dancing in the aisles.

 Koko Ray's woodwind virtuosity is powerfully backed by The Soul Providers ultra tight rhythm section, comprised of veteran bassist Greg Slusher and drummer Michael Finley. The superbly versatile sound of guitarist John Purcell gives the band the ability to move seamlessly from genre to genre without missing a beat.

Led by accomplished veteran musician Ray Hansen, these 'Soul Providers' serve up something for everyone. Based solidly in Rock, Funk, Blues and Fusion, their play list includes everything from The Beatles to Bob Marley.

 While they are dispensing this feast of timeless classics, Koko Ray and the band add a liberal helping of original tunes that have become favorites of club patrons throughout Manatee and Sarasota counties.
